John practices in the areas of business law, planning, and acquisitions; healthcare; real estate; and commercial litigation.  John serves as outside general counsel to various businesses, physicians and physician practices, and real estate ventures. John has worked in international and small firms and has significant experience with complex business cases and litigation. John has been licensed to practice law in Colorado, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
