Practice Areas and Experience

Mr. Kraemer’s practice emphasizes estates & trusts (including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related planning, probate, trust administration and business succession). Mr. Kraemer brings over 26 years of experience in estates & trusts, real estate, finance and business. He is also a nationally published author on the topics of estates & trusts, real estate and succession planning. Tyler’s experience and personal approach provides an expansive perspective especially valuable for identifying and accomplishing each client’s specific goals.

Activities and Interests
Mr. Kraemer is the co-author of two nationally published books, The Real Estate Investor’s Tax Strategy Guide (Adams Media, 2009) and The Complete Guide to Reverse Mortgages (Adams Media, 2007), and is a contributing author of The 60-Minute Estate Planner (2nd Ed. Prentice Hall, 1999 and 3rd Ed. AMA, 2006). Mr. Kraemer lectures regularly on trust & estate topics and is a member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Associations.  Mr. Kraemer has served in numerous leadership positions in both non-profit and for-profit organizations and actively supports education, the arts and the environment.
